Abstract
On November 1969, the Committee of Senior Officials established this working group, to which also ESRO, ELDO, European Broadcasting Union (EBU), the European Conference of Post and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT) sent their representatives alongside to meet the requirements of the EBU and the CEPT for the period 1975/1985. In December 1970 the Group ended in prsenting its final report to ESC, EBU and CEPT.
