Abstract

The Planning and Facilities Division dealt with the negotiations and early built-up of great establishements of COPERS and of the future ESRO. This serie includs also some files gathered by Prof. Hedman (Sweden) in 1986, when he dated back to the foundation of Kiruna centre, that just in debate in the years of COPERS.
