Julia is a university teacher in Barcelona; ​​she narrates her experience of migration for work reasons, a decision that she made with her husband. During the interview she and her daughter discuss about the Spanish Conquest, which she learned about in school by reflecting on the way in which is trasmiting and on the contents theachers considered.

There are several videos of the traditional Peruvian marinera dance as performed by her daughter, who was taking lessons at the cultural association. Her dance partner was Alessandro Ramos, another interviewee (See BABE-027; BABE-028).
