- 1988: Meetings held in Paris on 04/02, 26/02 and 06/05. Seminar on collaboration between NGOs and UNESCO held in Paris from 12-14/04. NGOs conference held in Paris the 13-17/06. UNESCO collective consultation from 11-14/10 (UNESCO's Medium Term Plan, drug abuse).
- 1989: Meetings held in Paris on 18/04, 27/11 and 01/12. UNESCO collective consultation held in Soviet Union (USSR) on 16-24/09 ( youth exchange, cultural development, education against racism and apartheid). Seminar on alphabetisation held in Paris on 28-30/11.
