This file concerns the meeting between Reimar Lüst, ESA Director General, and Jacques Delors, President of the Commission, held on 7 February 1989.
It contains: note on the arrangements of the visit; Note on the Director General`s oral report to Council; Notes on the cooperation between ESA and the Commission concerning environment, Earth Observation, Telecommunications, synergy between the Technology Research programme of both institutions, Latin America and the Mediterranean, US/EU commercial launchers discussions (and EC degree of participation).
