This series is composed of the memoranda prepared by BEUC for the presidencies of the EU containing briefing on past and present ongoing actions in consumer policy and on desiderata. Some files include also annexes relating to BEUC's activities (position papers, comments etc..). The reports published BEUC are not included in the annexes.
