Content and Structure
The training courses for personnel of consumer organisations, notably in the new EU member states in the Eastern part of Europe, were financed by the European Commission and designed and organised by BEUC. The issues treated were wide-ranged and included public relations, lobbying, media, presentations skills, consumer law, project management and funding, financial capacity building, consumer redress, team leadership and competition policy.
The series is composed of progress, activity and evaluation reports relating to the various sets of study courses held between 2004 and 2012.
