The meetings in 1999 were held on 06 - 07/05 and on 30/11 - 01/12; in 2000 on 18 - 19/05 and on 22 - 23/11; in 2001 on 31/05 - 01/06 and on 22 - 23/11 and in 2002 on 30 - 31/05.
