The file contains the documents pertaining to the meetings of the General Assembly: agendas, draft and final versions of minutes, work programmes and activity reports, directors reports, briefings and background information notes and financial documents such as income, expenses, balance and budget sheets.

The meetings in 1994 were held on 25/05 and on 17/11; in 1995 on 11/05 and on 21 - 22/11; in 1996 on 22 - 23/05 [agenda only] and on 21 - 22/11 [minutes only] and in 1997 on 22 - 23/05 and on 25 - 26/11.

Contains also an electronic file with documents produced in 1997 by the European Association for the Coordination of Consumer Representation in Standardisation (ANEC) to be tabled on BEUC's GA held on 22 - 23/05/1997.
