Administrative and Biographical History

AICCRE (Italian Council Association of Municipalities and Regions of Europe) was founded in 1952 in Rome. Inspired by the principles of the Ventotene Manifesto, the Association deals with the training of local authorities in the Euro-planning sector, organizes competitions for schools on European and world issues.
