The "With Paper on Youth Policy in Europe" is a document which the European Commission intended to publish in 2001 with the aim of providing an overview of the situation of young people living within the European Union, their needs and problems, and of setting out strategic options for youth policies. As part of the preparations for the With Paper, the governments of all EU members consulted young people, from May to July 2001, and they producted reports of their activities.
The dossier contains documents relating to these consultations and their reports: Italian Congress, held on 05-06/06/2000 in Spoleto; German Youth Conference, held in Berlin on 09-14/06/2000; National Youth Consultations, May-July 2000; European meeting in Paris, held on 05-08/10/2000.
