Serge Brack, from Publications Office, in Luxembourg, is president of Eurolib from mid 2005 to December 2009; during his presidency Marc Willem, from Cedefop in Thessaloniki, is vice-president.

The series consists of files relating to the presidencies of Sven Backlund and Serge Brack. It contains mainly minutes and documents of the meetings held between 2000 and 2009 and general correspondence.
It includes also documents relating to previous presidencies, collected by Backlund and Brack.
