Neville Keery is Head of Division at the European Commission Central Library, Brussels, in 1993 and president and chairman of Eurolib from mid 1994 to mid 2000. During his presidency Veerle Deckmyn, from the European Institute of Public Administration, in Maastricht, is vice-president.

The series consists of files relating to the presidency of Neville Keery. It contains minutes of the meetings held between 1994 and 2000, correspondence and documents related to the Eurolib projects, promoted during the second presidency and linked to the development of Eurolib: Eurolib directory, follow-up of work package 3, shared cataloguing, website.
It includes also documents relating to Dierickx presidency, collected by Neville Keery.
