Abstract

This series concerns Robert Hull's time as Desk Officer for the Euro Arab Dialogue and for relations with the Gulf Countries and Yemen. This was a period in which the first cooperation agreement with Yemen was signed, and when the first negotiations on a free trade agreement with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) initiated.
