The fonds was deposited at the HAEU by Robert Hull in 2015 under the terms of a donation agreement signed between the depositor and the HAEU (EUI), represented by the Director Dieter Schlenker.

This fonds concerns Robert Hull's work in the European Commission. The collection includes press releases, official statements, reports and publications relating to the varied nature of Hull's career. It covers the role that Hull played in furnishing working relationships between the European Commission and Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN), and the Euro Arab Dialogue, his role in developing an European environment policy, and his later career in Joint Services. The fond provides an important insight into the Commission's relationship with South East Asian countries, and Gulf countries, as well as the development of an European environmental policy.

Original order has been maintained.

Academic utilisation and partial reproduction (in the form of photocopies or digitised photographs only) of the documents is authorized in accordance with the provisions in force at the HAEU.
