Colonel, General Staff corps, Chief of Requirements and Distribution Staff to General Moore, regarding a conference with British representatives in Appropriations and Production attended by Jean Monnet, items discussed included, implementation of Lend Lease, British aircraft requirements, ammunition plants, build up to maximum production levels and amount of money required to meet British requirements,memorandum from Aurand to Moore regarding discussions concerning British requirements for ground and air,- report on meeting held 22 Feb. 1941,- letter from Aurand to Jean Monnet says " a biography of Jean Monnet would be the best possible history of World War II".
