The Shepard Stone papers are currently housed at Dartmouth College, Boston, however, Dr. James Cooney of the John F. Kennedy School of Government is trustee of the papers as specified by Mrs. Stone. These documents primarily concern Stone's relationship with Monnet while he was Director of the Ford Foundation. The original record code from Dartmouth College Library is detailed in each individual dossier description.
The documents have been arranged according to subject matter.
Until precise criteria have been decided on, regarding access and copying of material in the Stone papers by Dartmouth College Library, the rule of no reproduction will apply in HAEC, however notes can be made from the documents.
