File contains a collection of press cuttings from British newspapers and 'Agence Europe' bulletins, documents pertaining to study events and some printed material collated by HW in view of the elaboration of her article "The British Presidency of the European Community's Council of Ministers: the opportunity to persuade" published in 07/1986 in 'International Affairs'. It includes handwritten notes by HW and a preliminary version of the article.
