Official issues : note introducing the content of the RSPP extension (technological activities, systems and instrument studies, data collection, experimental campaigns, preparation of the tender action releting to the Phase-B-1), and the cost to completion and funding of the programme, with the draft and revised draft additional Declaration on a Preparatory European Earth Observation satellite Programme making use of remote sensing as annex.
