Le témoin a abordé successivement les thèmes suivants:
- le droit européen;
- la DG III (politique industrielle et marché intérieur: harmonisation de la législation);
- la DG IV (concurrence);
- les ententes (application du règlement 17, exemptions par catégories);
- la crise de la sidérurgie;
- les abus de position dominante;
- le contrôle des concentrations;
- la réforme du règlement 17 (règlement 1/2003);
- la réforme du règlement concentration (139//2004);
- la notion de bilan économique (article 85, paragraphe 3);
- et la procédure de clémence (leniency).
