The series consists of outgoing documents produced day by day by BEUC secretariat members. It includes the electronic files created by BEUC secretariat from 1989 to 1997 on floppy disk support and converted in electronic files by the Historical Archives in Florence (in 2020).

The files contain outgoing correspondence, circulars to member associations and organisations, text of speeches by secretariat members, strategy papers, working programmes, budgetary documents, reports, notes and some minutes of meetings.
