Tommaso Padoa Schioppa deposited his personal archives (originals or copies) at the HAEU through several shipments, under the terms of a deposit contract concluded on 3 March 2009 between the depositor and the European University Institute (HAEU), represented by its President Prof. Yves Mény.

Content and Structure

Abstract

The TPS fonds includes written documents and other materials such as photos and videotapes, collected by Tommaso Padoa Schioppa throughout his life. The documents illustrate his educational formation and his civil servant career in the Banca d'Italia, in the European Commission, in the European Central Bank, as well as in the Ministry of Finance and Economy for Italian Republic. The documents present also traces of his memberships in multiple public and private corporates.

The documents are accessible after 30 years of their publication.
