Interview with Ambassador Walton Butterworth regarding differences between Dean Acheson and John Foster Dulles as Secretaries of State. Dulles didn't have good relationship with British officials. Speaks of Dulles' complete support for CSC and his appointment as US Representative at Jean Monnet's behest. Dulles accepted along with Monnet and Robert Schuman unification in a sector by sector approach.
