Two interviews with Dirk Stikker, Dutch Minister for Foreign Affairs, 1948-52, Dutch Representative on the Council for OEEC, Chairman of OEEC 1950-52, says he was in favour of supranational system in EDC. Shocked by cancellation of lend-lease, speaks of George Ball's, legal adviser to Jean Monnet, support for latter's theories on integration.
