File contains a draft of the Treaty on the Union ('Working Document from the Netherlands Presidency' (08/11/1991, [CONF-UP 1845/91]) and the "Text of the Treaty on European Union as well as the Final Act as signed at Maastricht on 07/02/1992" (12/02/1992, [CONF-UP-UEM 2002/1/92 REV 1]), both produced by the 'Conference of the Representatives of the Government of the Member States'.

It includes also
"Le compte-rendu de la quatrième réunion au niveau ministériel de la Conférence intergouvernementale sur l'Union politique" by the European Commission (17/04/1991, [SEC(91)749]), a communication by the President of the European Commission to the members of the EC "Le principe de la subsidiarité" (09/10/1992, [SEC(92)1878]) and the paper "Présentation du traité sur l'Union européenne" produced by the European Commission's General Secretariat [s.d.] (sic!).
