Synthesis of replies received from DGs and heads of Service resulting from the IGS survey of the follow-up to the resports made by the DECODE screening teams in the period Oct 1998-Feb 1999. The synthesis highlights in particular: difficulty of reconciling "priorities" with the limited human resoures, management of projects, role of advisers, interservice co-ordination, relations within DGs between "co-ordination" and "resource" unites ont he one hand and "operational" units on the other hand, externalisation, performance indicators
