Abstract

Official issue: comparative study of some eighteen organisations on basis use for calculation, fixed or adjustable, of the scale of contributions, existence of a clause of "special circumstances", sharing of contributions, flexibility, periodicity and revision. As annexes: analysis of simulations, effect of adoption of CERN method of scale determination on ESA mandatory scale and comparison with real time scale.
