Official issue : critical analysis of the current method of computing industrial return coefficients, objectives, main characteristics of the method, table of distribution of the weighted value in KAU by country, influence of exchange rate variations, evaluation of the level of accuracy of the industrial return statistics, conversion rates used by ESA at beginning of year and percentage of variation in the 3 year period, simulation of the impact of exchange rate variations on return coefficients.
