Minutes record the discussion on the 1983 work programme (p.2) and the restricted Bureau meeting (p.3). 5pp. Confidential material. Item 3: Examination of the agenda for the Administrative Board meeting on 26 November 1982. No document. Item 4: B/32/4a-Report, dated 23 November 1982, from the Director and Deputy Director on the 'Difficulties concerning the publication of the consolidated report on shiftwork in the health services.' Report states that 'On 3 September the Advisory Committee on Publications dealt with the consolidated report on shiftwork in the Health Sector, based on three national reports, evaluated in November 1981. The Committee recommended that this report should not be published.' The report comments that this was regrettable as translation costs had already been paid and calls for 'clear guidelines for the drawing up of consolidated reports.' B/32/4b-Report, dated 23 November 1982, from the Director and Deputy Director on the 'Problems re publication of reports evaluated at 16/17 September Seminar, VDU work places and work organisation.'
