Note records eight observations of the Director on the draft 1980 budget including ' The Director draws the Bureau's attention to the fact that the percentage increase in Chapter 1 is not excessive.' Note contains a number of suggestions for the Foundation's information and dissemination policy 'mainly based on the 1979 work programme and on the lessons learned from the two evaluation meetings ... There are two facets to the Foundation's dissemination policy, 1. the dissemination of documentation and 2. the dissemination of information through the medium of courses, lectures and seminars.
