Abstract

The file contains the programm and the leaflet of EuroScience Open Forum (ESOF) on 25-28 August 2004 in Stockholm.
ESOF 2004 was the first pan-European scientific meeting to showcase the best in cutting edge research ever staged in an interdisciplinary forum for open dialogue and debate on science and technology in society. Its mission was to bring scientists from all fields, and people interested in science and technology, from across Europe and beyond to one meeting. The participants were Nobel laureates, young scientists, academics, teachers, students, policy makers, the media and science-based industries.
