These files contains the contracts of the EURESCO signed with the CEC for financial support as part of the Human Capital and Mobility programme.
NB : The Human Capital and Mobility programme was a specific research and technological development programme, one of the 15 specific R&D programmes implemented by the Commission of the European Communities, the sixth activity under the Third Framework Programme (1990-1994). It was adopted by Council on March 16, 1992 and had a budget of 488 Mio ECU for the period 1992-1994. The central objective of the programme was to increase the quantity and quality of human resources available for research and technological development which will be needed by the Member States in the coming years.
