Cufflinks and a corresponding pin are placed in dark blue box of a size of 5.5/11.5/2cm. One of the cufflinks is red, the second one is blue. The pin contains a logo and an inscription: 'Council of the Baltic Sea States Palanga 14-15 June 1999'.
