The Medal has a diameter of 7cm. The face of the Medal portaits uniting Polish and French troops and an inscription: 'Français et Polonais de yous temps amis'. The revers holds an inscription '1807 Duché de Varsovie Księstwo Warszawskie. Bronisław Geremek Ministre des Affaires Etrangères. Francuz Polak Przyjaciółmi Są Od Wieków'.
