The bronze Medal has a diameter of 7cm. The face of the Medal portaits General Pułaski and holds an inscription: 'General Casimir Pulaski'. The reverse holds the US and Polish emblems and holds an inscription: 'Genral Pulaski Memorial Committee Inc. New York N.Y. Pulaski Day Parade. In recognition to Hon. Bronisław Geremek. Foreign Minister September 27, 1998'.
