The silver Medal (4.5cm in diameter) is placed in a white-golden plush case (9/9/2cm) holding a Vatican emblem on the front. The face of the Medal portaits John Paul II with an inscription: 'Johannes Paulus PP. II A. IUBILEAI MM'. The reverse holds an inscription: 'Christus Heri Hodie Et Semper'. The case contains a certificate nr 0175/12000. The case is placed in a white paper box containing a papal emblem and an inscription: 'Pontificium Numisma Anno Iubiliaei MM'.
