The set of six golden medals (each of a diameter of 4cm) is placed in a red box with a round yellow inscription: 'III Pielgrzymka Papieża Jana Pawła II. II Kongres Eucharystyczny w Polsce 1987 rok. Do końca ich umiłował' on the front and an inscription: 'Papieź Jan Paweł II w Polsce' with a papal emblem and a label: 'Ks. Radca Henryk Jankowski. Kanonik Kapituły Gdańskiej' inside. The faces of all coins portraits John Paul II and an inscription: 'III Pielgrzymka Papieża Jana Pawła II'. The reverses include following inscriptions: 'II Kongres Eucharystyczny w Polsce 8-14 VI 1987', 'Do końca ich umiłował', 'Tarnów', 'Gdańsk. Do końca ich umiłował', 'II Kongres Eucharystyczny w Polsce 1987', 'Gdańsk 1987'.
