The coin (diameter of 4cm) is placed in a dark brown box with a golden inscription: 'Monnaie de Paris' on top. The face of the coin portaits Maria Theresa with an inscription: 'M. THERESIA D. G. R. IMP. HU. BO. REG'. The reverse contains a House of Habsburg coat of arms with an inscription: 'ARCHID. AVST. DUX BURG. CO. TYR. 1780 X.'. Two pieces of paper are placed in the box likely containing handwritten notes of Bronisław Geremek. The first one includes a code: '568K 497C', the second one, drafted on a medical prescription form, includes a name, telephone number and an address in Warsaw: 'Popławska 610-0964, Osowska 89 m24'.
