The silver Medal (diameter of 5cm) is placed in a dark blue box (8.5/9/3.5cm) with a golden edging and an inscription of a manufacturer 'Koninklijke Begeer' inside. The face of the Medal portaits Johan Rudolf Thorbecke with an inscription: 'Thorbecke VVD'.
