The bronze Medal (diameter of 7cm) is placed in the dark blue box (10.5/10.5/3.5cm) with a red-white-red ribbon inside. The face of the Medal pictures the seat of the Peruvian Congress, its emblem and an inscription 'Congresso de la Republica Peru'. The revers includes a geographic shape of Peru and a signature of Carlos Torres y Torres Lara, presidente del Congresso 97-98. The box includes also a visitng card of president Torres.
