The bronze Medal (diameter of 9cm) is placed in a dark blue box (10/13.5/3.5m) with a golden edging. The face of the Medal portraits the seat of the governor of Macau with an insciption: 'Palácio do Governo Macau'. The reverse details the history of the governor's seat since 1849. The interior of the box includes a little goden plaque with an inscription: 'To his excellency the minister for foreign affairs of Poland, Professor Bronisław Geremek, from the governor of Macau, Vasco Rocha Vieira'.
