The Medal (diameter of 8.5cm) is placed in a dark blue box (12/12/2.5cm) with an inscription 'Monnaie de Paris' inside. The face of the Medal presents a religious figure riding a horse and an inscription 'Guy Férez à M. Bronisław Geremek le 16 novembre 2006'. The reverse presents the view of Auxerre.
