The Medal is placed in a black box (8.5cm/8.5cm/2.5cm) with an inscription 'Trophées Gerner' at the back. The Medial (diameter 6cm) is placed on a red cloth inside with an emblem of Lorraine on the face and the inscription 'M. Bronisław Geremek. Centre Mondial de la Paix. Verdun. 27.04.1992' on the reverse.
