CEETTAR Project 23 "Vers des employs de qualité et des relations industrielles renforcées dans le secteur des services ruraux" - VS/2011/0411

Joint project CEETTAR - European Federation of Food, Agriculture, and Tourism Trade Unions (EFFAT) aiming to :
- creating a lever to develop vocational training and skills of employees by integrating the national social parners;
- identifying and analysing good practice in assessing and improving working conditions;
- providing a vocational training tool based on the examples best suited to this sector and taking Initiatives in some Member States, such as Germany and France, as a source of inspiration;
- developing a methodology for initiating and strengthening industrial relations based on examples of good practice drawn from the expert's detailed analyses and debates.
