CEETTAR Project: "Through the Social Dialogue... The Agricultural and Rural Contractors (ARC), the Key for the Future" (Pau Project, from the city where the main symposium took place)

The CEETTAR "Pau Project" aimed to integrate agricultural contractors into the European social dialogue by positioning them as essential partners for a sustainable future of agriculture and seeking formal recognition within the EU Sectoral Social Dialogue Committee for Agriculture. Key outcomes from the Pau symposium included the "Pau Declaration," which emphasized contractors performing over 50% of EU agricultural work, and the formalization of a "sharing economy" model where contractors provide specialized services to farms. Following the project, CEETTAR was officially recognized as the representative organization for land-based contractors toward European Institutions.
