The documentation of this series, relating to the years 1989-1994 and previously stored in Rome, was deposited at the HAEU on 25 July 2019 by Pasquale Lino Saccà under the terms of a deposit agreement signed between the depositor and the HAEU, represented by Director Dieter Schlenker.

This series collects the textual and audiovisual documentation of the Euroconsulente specialisation school from 1989 to 1994. This semester school is aimed at the specialisation of experts to be employed in the European commercial area of ​​the European Single Market.

Through the study of history, Institutions and integration policies, students learned about the contents of community policies so as to become attentive observers of regional realities as well as experts in community matters, able to provide adequate information, assistance and advice, aimed at activating economic and social initiatives, aimed at allowing local institutions and the business world to reap all the advantages of the Single European Market.

The disciplines involved the study of two foreign languages, information technology, law, community policies, social policies, fisheries, food, agriculture, cultural, commercial, fiscal, energy, research and development, communication policies, among others wait. The course had an important focus on all the institutional and planning aspects of their regional realities, especially oriented towards the regional use of EU financial instruments. The lessons were held by European officials, university teachers and officials from different regions of Italy.

The lessons were recorded on video and took place in the following cities: Brussels, Camerino, Catanzaro, Messina, Naples, Rome and Taormina, with most of the lessons in Rome and Taormina.
