This series mainly consists of notebooks covering most of the period from 2000 to 2008 when White was successively Director of Enterprise Policy, Innovation Policy and Education Policy at the Commission.

Notebooks containing White's contemporaneous notes on all meetings except on staff matters throughout the period, which was an interesting one leading to the launch of important initiatives in industry, innovation and education policy.
Includes also a file on the negotiation of the EIT in 2007.
