Abstract

Created at the end of 1981, EOAC was the senior body on all matters concerning Earth Observation disciplines and it was the amin interpreter of the Executive. EOAC advised the Application Satellites Directorate on programmes, projects, studies and application of this field. It was composed by Experts appointed by the Director General, at the suggestion of Application Satellites Director.
