- one original signed on page IUE/X 3 by Vittorio Cordero di Montezemolo and Max Kohnstamm and
- one copy certified by the Secretary-General of the European University Institute (no signature).

Included are also some drafts of correspondence exchanged between Vittorio Cordero Montezemolo and Max Kohnstamm relating to the agreement.
