Abstract

A note from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands (Jonkheer van Karnebeek) to the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland (Ignacy Jan Paderewski) stating that the Netherlands recognized Poland de jure as an independent and sovereign state.
